The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local spots. The super nice team, and breakfast at the ki restaurant was delicious!

Ideal and clean property with nice service and reasonable value. An iron, a multi-channel television, and a study table available in the twin room. Great location in Isla Holbox, near to the center, nearby restaurants, pubs, beach and stores. Again, walking distance to Playa Holbox.

The units are new-fashioned, perfect with a comfy bed. The location is incredible and magnificent, walk from a ferry port...

Beautiful beach club experience with great service.

My room was uncomfortably dark despite being marketed as a Beautiful Suite. The noise from the open staircase near the reception disturbed my mornings and made it difficult to sleep in. Housekeeping seemed lackluster, and I felt compelled to ask for basic services like more towels or shampoo, which detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

Perfect and clean place offers the best breakfast and fab location near center of town. The rooms are clean and they have a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a work desk. The bathroom is large, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the staff are great! Thank you guys for the service!

great central spot for exploring holbox's vibrant sights

my stay at this hotel was fantastic, with downtown holbox just a short walk away and the beautiful playa holbox only a pleasant stroll from the hotel, making it super easy to explore all the local charm and enjoy the beach.

Spent a good time at the beach club, enjoying the fantastic service and the kids loved the sand play. The bike rentals were a big hit for our family, great to explore the beautiful surroundings. We had endless fun!

In my wife's opinion, a mini fridge would be great for snacks.

The hotel staff displayed really good hospitality. Breakfasts featured delicious options like fresh fish, alongside generous portions that set a positive tone for the day. On the downside, the absence of a mini fridge in the room was noticeable, and accessing the beach required calling for a ride or a longer walk. Noise from surrounding areas occasionally intruded, dampening the otherwise serene environment.

The ambiance in the Deluxe Queen Room was good, with a focus on cleanliness and comfort. A standout was the consistent hospitality, including a welcome drink. Breakfast served at the restaurant was fresh and flavorful. One minor point is the absence of a mini fridge for drinks.

This was a top selection for a lightning trip in Isla Holbox with good value for money. The pool area was nice and a perfect spot to relax after a day out. Remember to ask about sunbed availability when planning beach time.

The Beautiful Queen Room was pretty comfy, especially the beds-super soft! It was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great too. Plus, we got beach towels every day. The only downside was that it didn't have a mini fridge, which would've been nice for drinks. But really, we spent most time outdoors enjoying the beach. Great vibe overall!

The warm welcome from Johanna. The chocolate and goodnight wishes every evening were a lovely touch. Breakfast at the beautiful KI restaurant was consistently delicious, with great vegetarian options we appreciated. The beach club experience was a highlight too, as the wait staff.
